Our Story
“It was the late nineties when I first worked with chefs using Ghee. Ironically it was used for much of the cooking in one of Melbourne’s renowned Italian restaurants instead of olive oil!
It’s functionality, versatility and aroma were not lost on me and these days it’s the first thing I reach for when I’m about to cook.
Our grass fed range of Ghee, smoked Viking salt and spice blends are created, produced and bottled by hand in the historic town of Beechworth, north east Victoria - a fabulous food and produce environment - and ingredients are organic and where possible locally sourced.
Our logo symbolises the Sacral Chakra which is known to be the body’s centre for pleasure, enjoyment and creativity.
