CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIE
Super easy. Gluten free and sugar free!
Ingredients
1/2 cup Almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup erythritol
1/2 tspn baking powder
1 tblspn instant coffee
1/2 cup Dosha Pure ghee
3 eggs
60g dark chocolate
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 tspn vanilla extract
Method
Preheat the oven to 175C and line an 8 inch baking tray with baking paper. Whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, erythritol and instant coffee making sure there are no clumps.
In a large microwave safe bowl melt ghee and chocolate for 30 seconds add eggs slowly and mix in dry ingredients add nuts and bake for 20 mins
